Made to Form is a Geneva-based R&D company specialized in garment engineering and the science of anthropometry. This company is the heir to a family expertise passed down over 3 generations, blending the art of a master tailor with the engineering of haute couture. Their understanding of the body’s structure, both intimate and scientific, has led them down an unexpected path: high-fidelity medical simulation. Thanks to a unique silicone formula that replicates the reactivity and texture of human tissue, Made to Form’s creations scrupulously adhere to the anthropometric and biomechanical standards of the human body.

By partnering with the SFITS, their ambition is to develop a new generation of models that not only resemble the human body but also react like it, so that profesionnals use realistic tactile experience essential for the precision and safety of their procedures. In its initial phase, Made to Form and the SFITS will collaborate in creating their suture pads, to offer an ultra-realistic tactile experience.
We look forward to working hand in hand to develop and test models that specifically meet the future needs of advanced surgical training.
