The SFITS 2024 Annual Report is out! 

In 2024, the SFITS has entered a new phase of development with the aim of becoming the reference in terms of training, research, and innovation in surgery. The team facilitated 709 training sessions – 2’000 hours of teaching – and welcomed 6’000 participants and more than 250 faculty members.

2024 was also the launch of our Accelerator Program, a program designed for surgical innovative Medtech and Startups who would like to test and validate their devices in a secure and professional environment.

2025 promises to be a year of significant development.

Our new SFITS On-Demand service aim at introducing SFITS training courses in public hospitals and private clinics, in order to train the next generation in Switzerland.
